Ne Zha 2 English Dub Trailer Released

Ne Zha 2 English dub trailer has been released, set to be released in August with an English-language dub.

Ne Zha 2 English dub will include Michelle Yeoh voicing Ne Zha’s mother. The full cast has not yet been announced.

The movie will be distributed by the American company A24 in partnership with the Chinese distributor CMC.

The Ne Zha 2 English release is set to premiere on August 22nd 2025. It will be released in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. There is no confirmation of plans to release the English dub in other territories, including the UK, yet.

Ne Zha 2 was a major success at the box office, raking in $2.2 billion. This makes it the highest-grossing movie of 2025 so far and the highest-grossing animated movie of all time. It also puts it as the 5th highest-grossing movie of all time.

It is an animated fantasy adventure film following the story of Ne Zha very loosely based on the novel Investiture of the Gods written in the 1500s by Xu Zhonglin. It follows the titular protagonist Ne zha. A demon born to human parents, as he attempts to overcome the challenges of his origin. It is a sequel to the 2019 movie Nezha.
