It Begins With YUN pop-up in Pictures

It Begins With YUN has opened a unique pop-up bringing independent brands, limited edition drinks, and cross-cultural connections to London until 31st July.

The summer pop-up was created to give smaller or independent brands a physical space. Letting them be seen, touched, tasted, tried, and remembered. Among the many brands were Yunnanese tea by Pulu°, RuaRua Panda’s adorable little pandas, accessories from Playful Accessories, clothing from Zhong Studio, and much much more. From independent fashion and accessories to lifestyle objects and tea, there is a range of unique items on offer.

For this pop-up, a special drinks menu inspired by Yunnan flavours, playful textures and summer comfort was created. From creamy avocado and milky rice to buttery brown sugar pu’er, jasmine milk cola, and our little panda paoluda. Each drink is made to feel familiar but also a little surprising.

Held in conjunction with the Yunnanese restaurant Yun, the exhibition is held at 22 Torrington Place in Fitzrovia, where their new restaurant will soon open.

At the opening night on June 5th, guests got to enjoy a look at the many brands, try out the special drinks and build cross-cultural connections.

There was even a special guest musician, Justin Peng, who performed several of his songs.
