There are only 25 days to go until the opening of the 2026 Global Industrial Innovation and Development Forum.
It will take place at the IET London: Savoy Place by the Thames from October 21st to 23rd.
With the global industrial landscape undergoing a major restructuring from AI, smart manufacturing, new energy, and digital infrastructure, this annual industrial event centred on overseas business expansion and covering cross-border financing and brand internationalisation is a must-attend.
Taking Innovation and Business Development Global
Relying on the organiser, World Future Federation for Future Technology Development (WFT)’s technology and industry network covering more than 50 countries and regions worldwide, the forum deeply integrates the full chain of government, industry, academia, research, and capital resources between China and Europe. With overseas business expansion at its core, it also covers cross-border financing, brand internationalisation, local corporate ecosystem cooperation, and industry-academia-research technology collaboration.
The forum is hosted by the WFT, co-hosted by Nouvelles d’Europe UK, Global SDGs and Leadership Development Center(GSLDC), and the National Institute of Advertising. It is organised by the International Youth Sustainable Innovation Summit, and co-organised by the CAA International Communication Committee. Multiple professional institutions including the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), the International Artificial Intelligence Association (IAIA), and the Art Hongkong Expo are also involved.
A High-Impact Conference Agenda
Day 1: Business Delegation and Resource Matchmaking. Planned visits include UK science and innovation incubators, official investment promotion agencies, and robotics centers at leading universities. Follow-up meetings, ad hoc matchmaking with buyers, and a small supply-demand networking reception will also be arranged.
Day 2: Visits to Leading Enterprises and Investment and Financing Roadshows. Planned connections include leading UK technology companies, major business associations and chambers of commerce, industrial capital, and cross-border funds. Scheduled meetings with procurement channels will also be arranged.
Day 3: Main Forum and Achievement Showcase. This will include the Global Intelligent Tech Cross-border Development Summit, the Future-Tech Cross-border Development Forum, the Global Tech Leaders Forum, the China Smart Manufacturing Globalisation Achievements Exhibition Area, and the release of the 2026 Global Influence Ranking of Chinese Enterprises.
Final Night CEO Dinner. The Thames Night CEO Dinner will open on the exclusive terrace of IET London: Savoy Place. With panoramic views of London’s night skyline, a British-style dinner interwoven with top-level networking, it will present a high-level closing feast for the three-day agenda.
Past Achievements Demonstrate Conversion Capability
The forum focuses on artificial intelligence, robotics, smart manufacturing, commercial aerospace, new energy, and medical technology. Around the two functional directions of “technology going global” and “cross-border investment and financing,” it creates targeted connections with overseas buyers, industrial capital, technology cooperation institutions, and localisation resources. This helps Chinese enterprises achieve precise global expansion and deep cooperation in key tracks.
The summit held this June achieved fruitful results: more than 40 cooperation intentions were reached on site, with intended amounts reaching several billion RMB. Some of the strategic signings completed included companies ZeroG Lab, Shenzhou Guangda, Tai5 Robot, and COFE+ Robotics.
The Global Artificial Intelligence and Innovation Alliance (GAAI) was officially established. There were also academic achievements, with the White Paper on the Development of AI Brand Asset Building being released simultaneously. Previous summits have attracted over 800 delegates in total, covering 50+ countries and regions worldwide. Cooperation covers cross-border order signing, overseas factory construction, channel expansion, technology licensing, and other forms, releasing cross-border orders, capital cooperation, and technology collaboration opportunities in core industries, and helping enterprises make precise breakthroughs in key tracks.
In 25 days, a grand event connecting China and Europe and empowering industry will kick off.
