How to Make a Bowl of Tangyuan?

The Lantern Festival is one of the traditional Chinese festivals. Eating tangyuan or yuanxiao is an important custom. Although they are similar in appearance, there are slight differences in aspects such as production techniques. Tangyuan is generally made by wrapping. First, mix glutinous rice flour with water to form a dough, then pinch it into small pieces and wrap in the filling. Yuanxiao, on the other hand, is usually made by shaking. Cut the filling into small pieces, dip them in water, and then roll them in a bamboo tray filled with glutinous rice flour so that their surfaces are covered with glutinous rice flour. And they are rolled layer by layer. Today, we will mainly talk about how to make tangyuan. On the day of the Lantern Festival, why not make a bowl of tangyuan for your family?
