【China in Motion】When China Open Meets Holiday, Experience Passion and Joy

The 2025 China Open tennis tournament is held from Sep. 14 to Oct. 5 at the National Tennis Center in Beijing. When it meets China’s National Day Holiday, tennis fans and tourists are feeling the professional and passion of the game, and experiencing joy of the sports.

The photo shows defending champion Coco Gauff of the United States serves during the women’s singles quarterfinal match on Oct. 2 at the Diamond Court. She defeated world No.66 Eva Lys of Germany.

On another women’s singles quarterfinal match on Oct. 2, Amanda Anisimova of the United States defeated Jasmine Paolini of Italy. Amanda Anisimova will face Coco Gauff in the next round. The match lasted for nearly three hours, and both athletes showed great wills and high-level skills.
