Beijing High-Tech Expo Wraps Up with Breakthroughs and Global Partnerships.
The 27th China Beijing International High-Tech Expo concluded on May 11 in Beijing.
Over 1,200 cutting-edge technologies were on display, covering emerging sectors such as AI, biomedicine, intelligent manufacturing, and future industries. More than 80,000 visitors from China and abroad attended the event.
Organizers reported strong international participation. Companies from Singapore, South Korea, the Czech Republic, and other countries showcased their latest innovations. Global giants like AstraZeneca, Sanofi, and Deloitte presented new technologies and cooperation outcomes.
The Expo signed 43 projects on-site, with total over 5.8 billion yuan. These agreements promise new opportunities for cross-border tech collaboration.
This year’s Expo focused on real-world applications. Many inventions made the leap from labs to the daily life.
Highlights included smart pillows that improve sleep, AI-powered anti-fraud robots, and VR experiences transporting users to ancient China. Visitors explored intelligent desks designed to reshape education, self-driving buses, and patrol vehicles for smart highways.
Over 30 trade and investment events helped companies network and explore new partnerships.
The Expo reinforced Beijing’s role as a global hub for innovation.
