Model Hu Bing introduces Chinese brand Consistence at new London Fashion Week segment ‘Hu Bing Selects’.
After nine years as London Fashion Week International Ambassador Hu Bing will launch Hu Bing Selects at this year’s London Fashion Week to highlight Chinese design talent, with the brand Consistence debuting in London.
Hu Bing has been one of China’s top models for over 30 years. Since the late 90s he also broke out as a TV and movie actor. Now, his resume includes athlete, actor, model, singer, designer and producer.
Hu Bing has been the London Fashion Week International Ambassador for the past nine years. This year, London Fashion Week will introduce Hu Bing Selects.
A recurring feature at London Fashion Week that will provide an opportunity to platform Chinese design talent on a global stage.
This year Consistence will debut at London Fashion Week, presenting their collection as a fashion show as part of Hu Bing Selects.
Consistence was founded in 2015 by Tien Lu and Fang Fang. They will present their first womenswear collection, “Useless but Fabulous.”
The designers first met Hu Bing a decade ago at London Fashion Week a decade ago. They state that Hu Bing’s support and influence have been instrumental in Consistence’s growth since then.
This September marks the 40th anniversary of London Fashion Week. It will run until Tuesday September 17th.
Consistence’s fashion show will take place at the London Fashion Week opening night on Thursday 12th at 7pm.China
