To facilitate the travel of Singaporean and Bruneian citizens to China, China has decided to resume the 15-day visa-free entry policy for Singaporean and Bruneian citizens holding ordinary passport who enter China for business, tourism, family visit and transit purposes starting from Wednesday, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said at a press conference on Monday.

The number of inbound and outbound vehicles, boats, planes and trains totaled over 9.83 million, up 119.2 percent, according to the data.

As vaccination program rollout gained momentum in China, Chinese passport holders are able to travel to more destinations, according to a recent survey by international advisory firm Henley & Partners.
