Established in 2018, the cooperative has made furniture, decorated houses, drawn Thangka paintings, developed tourism products and maintained heritage buildings, creating jobs for more than 60 people.

After graduating from university in 2016, Ren returned home to dedicate himself to the local ceramic industry while exploring his unique style. Yanshen ancient town is well-known for its production of porcelain and colored glaze products. Many young people, who previously learn the craftsmanship away from home, have been encouraged to come back to the town in recent years. They are striving to create products by combining traditional elements with modern aesthetics, giving new impetus to the industry. 

Founded by Ci Xiang, a 31-year-old man with intellectual disability, the service center named after him has given free lessons to 17 disabled people on fruit pit carving since 2016.
