An Airbus A320 of Cambodian Lanmei Airlines took off from Haikou Meilan International Airport in South China's Hainan Province, heading for Cambodia on Thursday after maintenance.
This is the first bonded maintenance order of overseas planes delivered to Hainan Free Trade Port since the release of the Master Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.
Some materials used during maintenance were exempted from import duties, import value-added tax and consumption tax.
