Efforts ramp up on blood donation in Beijing

Residents have their blood taken at a designated blood donation center in Chaoyang district in Beijing, Mar. 26, 2020. Beside a blood test, potential donors also have their body temperatures and personal information checked before the donation. The coronavirus outbreak has crippled the streetside blood donation kiosks, which has strained supplies and threatened clinical blood use.
