AVIC Unveils J-35A and Wing Loong UAVs at 2025 Paris Air Show

AVIC showcases 30 advanced aircraft models, including the J-35A stealth fighter and Wing Loong UAVs, at the 55th Paris Air Show, highlighting China’s progress on aerospace technologies and commitment to open collaboration.

On June 16, the 55th Paris Air Show opened at Le Bourget. Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) presented a wide range of latest aerospace products, including next-generation stealth fighter jets and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

This year’s show features over 2,500 companies from nearly 50 countries and regions. Key themes include new-generation military aircraft, green aviation, and space technology.

AVIC is exhibiting 30 major products across eight categories. Highlights include models of the J-20, J-35A, Y-20 transport aircraft, and the AG600 large amphibious aircraft. The J-35A model is making its overseas debut, drawing attention for its stealth design and multi-role combat capabilities.

Several UAVs, such as the Wing Loong-1G, Wing Loong-10B, and the Xianglong (Soar Dragon)-2000, are appearing at the Paris Air Show for the first time. Popular export models like the FC-1 Xiaolong and J-10CE are also on display.

On the civilian side, AVIC is showcasing the AG600, the Xinzhou 60 weather modification aircraft, and the AC352 helicopter, a joint project between China and France. These aircraft highlight AVIC’s growing capabilities in emergency response and public service sectors.

Since its first appearance in 1987, AVIC has participated in every edition of the Paris Air Show. This year’s comprehensive lineup reflects the company’s progress in global markets and its commitment to open collaboration and integration into the international aerospace industry.
