Avanti (阿凡提)is everywhere in the grand bazaar. Avanti is a legendary figure, the sign of wisdom. The story of Avanti is very popular in China.



Naan (馕), a kind of crusty pancake, is a basic food for Xinjiang people. There is a Naan-themed museum in the grand bazaar, where visitors can learn more about food culture of Xinjiang.
